From the chair to checkout, captured in a single conversation.
One patient encounter becomes a structured SOAP note, an updated patient history, and a front-desk checkout handoff. In English or Spanish.
Works on the devices you already have. You review and approve everything.
The visit ends, but the work doesn't.
Providers chart after hours. Notes look different for every procedure. The next provider walks in blind to what happened last time. And what the patient needs at checkout — the next appointment, the payment, the lab case, the follow-up — gets lost between the chair and the front desk. One conversation should drive all of it. Now it does.
How it works
Capture once. Everything downstream is handled.
Record the encounter
Works quietly in the background during the visit. No extra steps, no interruptions to your routine.
Structured to your procedure
Your procedure template shapes a complete, consistent SOAP note in seconds — and flags anything missing for review.
You approve, everything flows
You review and sign off. The patient's history updates and the front desk gets a checkout handoff — automatically.

Everything a visit should produce.
Structured SOAP notes, built around your procedures
Define a template for each procedure your practice performs. The note comes out structured and consistent every time, and anything the clinician didn't cover is flagged for review before approval.
- Your sections, your terminology
- Required fields checked automatically
- You review and approve every note
Clinical memory that walks in with you
Every approved note builds a living patient snapshot — history, open follow-ups, and alerts like "anxious about injections" — surfaced the moment you open the patient. No re-reading old charts. It's all extracted automatically; nobody types it.
- History summarized across visits
- Open follow-ups carried forward
- Behavioral and care alerts surfaced
Front Desk Handoff — checkout and follow-up, handled
From the same conversation, SOAP AI builds a digital route sheet: what was done, what to schedule, payment and insurance actions, lab work. It reaches the front desk the moment you finish — replacing the paper route sheet and the "did the provider tell me?" guesswork. And treatment the patient didn't book becomes a follow-up call list, so recommended work doesn't slip away after the visit.
- Prioritized checkout tasks the front desk ticks off
- Recommended treatment tracked until it's scheduled
- Live dashboard, updates the moment you finish
- Front desk never sees the clinical note
Bilingual by design
Built for bilingual practices.
Whether the conversation happens in English or Spanish — provider, patient, or both — notes are generated accurately. No configuration required.

Questions
Things providers ask first.
Do I need to change how I work with patients?
No. SOAP AI fits naturally into your existing patient encounters without changing your routine.
Do I stay in control of the notes?
Completely. Every note is reviewed and approved by the provider before it becomes part of the patient record. Nothing is saved without your sign-off.
Does it work during the appointment without interrupting?
Yes. It runs quietly in the background while you focus entirely on your patient.
Can multiple providers use it?
Yes. Built for dentists, hygienists, assistants, and multi-provider practices of any size.
Does it replace our paper route sheets?
Yes. The Front Desk Handoff is a digital route sheet generated from the visit and sent to the front desk in real time — what to schedule, collect, and send to the lab.
Can the front desk see clinical notes?
No. Front-desk staff only see the checkout handoff — never the SOAP note, transcript, or audio. Access is role-based.
Do providers have to type the reminders and patient notes?
No. Follow-ups and patient observations are extracted from the conversation automatically. The provider just reviews.
Do patients know the encounter is being recorded?
Practices remain responsible for obtaining any required patient consent in accordance with their local regulations.
Can I edit the generated note?
Yes. Every field is fully editable before you approve it.
What languages are supported?
English and Spanish. More coming soon.
How long does it take?
Typically 10 to 30 seconds after the encounter ends.
